I was invited to participate in the Hamilton Art Conservatory Exhibition

I was very pleased to be a finalist in the Art Renewal Center 2009/2010 Salon Salon Juried Salon Competition for my painting Chocolate Pears & Icewine. My painting placed in the top 100 out of 1700 international entries.

December 2009

My still life Teatime was displayed at the Oil Painters of America Eastern Regional Juried Competition.

September, 2009

• The Portrait Society of Canada has accepted me as an official member.  This group promotes artist integrity and high standards in portraiture.

• I was invited to become a member of the International Guild of Realism, an organization that strives to educate the the art world concerning the latest developments in Realism.

• I am pleased to be donating a custom charcoal portrait drawing to the annual Grand Cru Wine Festival taking place in Toronto in October of 2009.
